 Participants and Submission of Works |
Festival is open to participants belonging to various Christian confessions and is formed of: |
• film and TV program makers taking part in competition, as well as of studio representatives (the number of those representing every studio is defined by the Organizational committee); |
• creative workers and clergy persons not submitting the works but invited by the Organization committee. |
All participants are supported by the Festival direction (except payment of fares). |
Selection is open for films and programs by all the studios from Belarus and abroad. |
Organizational committee divides the works into two groups: for competition and information programs. |
Selection for the competition and informational programs is done by the Selection committee appointed by the Organization committee. |
Films are to be selected and participants informed during the period from May 1 till June 15 2010 (2010/05/1 - 2010/06/15).

Festival Awards |
There are two groups of awards, both are oriented on a wide range of merits. |
Prizes of Jury: |
On viewing all the films presented in the competition program, Jury gives its awards: |
| •Grand Prix of the Festival - the main award |
| • Prize for the best documentary |
| • Prize for the best TV program |
Jury has the right to award participants with diplomas for great professional merits of theirs or of their works. |
Special Prizes: |
| • Prize of the Catholic Association for Communication SIGNIS-BELARUS, |
| • Prize of the St. Francisc congregation |
| • Prize of the NIEPOKALANOW festival (Poland) |
| • Prize of the Glybokaye district executive committee |

Film Copies and Deadlines |
Films and TV programs for selection are to be sent in DVD (Video CD) - 3 copies. Extra written documents may be e-mailed to

Preliminary cassettes and documents will be left at the Festival’s archives and may be used for non-commercial viewing. |
Every work is to be enclosed with a personal. The maximum duration of a Documentary (TV Program) should be no more than 52 min. All English language works selected for screening MUST have dialogues list. All non-English language works selected for screening MUST have English subtitles and dialogues list. |
Deadline for documents to selection: April 30, 2010 (2010/04/30). Term may be extended

The Festival will take place in MINSK, Udziela and Glybokaye (Vitebsk region) on September 7-11, 2010 (2010/09/7-11).
